Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
France Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE Domestic shipping around France. We use La Poste services, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
International Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE international standard shipping on all orders. We use La Poste international shipping services. The shipping time frame for international orders are between 6-12 business days, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We inspect every item before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse and if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness.
